General Description

Perform general duties of Retail team members. Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service with an outgoing personality.

Job Duties

• Model “CUSTOMER FIRST” customer service.
• Enjoys working with the public.
• Oversee and process Website orders
• Ship orders using the UPS labeling and shipping system.
• Reconcile cash register tills each night after closing.
• Maintain compliance with USDA regulations regarding food safety.
• Work seamlessly and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Answer in-person, telephone and/ or email customer questions and practice upselling.
• Stock products in the retail store and maintain display cases in always-stocked condition.
• Maintain proper product rotation on product age in retail cases.
• Assemble and package Holiday gift packs.
• Help with daily housekeeping (sweeping, cleaning surfaces, display cases, windows, etc.). .
• Tuesday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm

Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions

• Heavy lifting (Capable of at least 50-80 lbs)
• Long periods of walking and standing
• Work in a refrigerated environment
