This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Functional Application Manager – Product Content in France.
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize a modern product content ecosystem. In this role, you will ensure that product data and digital assets are structured, accurate, and efficiently maintained across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with business users, development teams, and SaaS vendors to improve processes, enhance data quality, and support day-to-day operations. This position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of systems, data, and content management, contributing to the seamless operation of product content workflows in a dynamic, innovative environment.
- Maintain and enhance the product data model, including attributes, translations, and metadata.
- Manage bulk data operations, including imports and exports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and improve data quality across product information and digital assets.
- Provide functional guidance and support to platform users, including training and documentation.
- Handle incident tickets, coordinate resolutions, and collaborate with internal teams and SaaS vendors.
- Contribute to product content initiatives by suggesting system improvements and creating small automation tools or scripts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with content management platforms such as PIM, DAM, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data quality principles, and bulk data operations.
- Ability to support business users and translate functional needs into system improvements.
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional environments.
- Minimum B2 level English proficiency.
Preferred: - Experience with Akeneo, Bynder, ProductsUp, Priint, or comparable platforms.
- Basic coding or scripting skills to automate or facilitate data management.
- Prior experience in SaaS vendor management or application support.
- Work authorization within the EU and active VAT status in the EU VIES registry.
