The Opportunity:

Compensation and Hours:
- $15.00 Per Hr. + Commission!
- Flexible Hours Available, (Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends)
- 40-hour work schedule
- Bi-lingual Is a Plus But Not Required

Responsibilities:
- Provide customer assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Convert customer inquiries into appointments.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and services.
- Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
- Document customer interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, but not required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and software.
- Motivated team player in fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
