HOST & UTILITY at TAPSIDE PIZZA LLC – Belmont, North Carolina

As a member of our host and utility team you set the standard for our guest-centric hospitality

that Tapside Pizza is known for! You will warmly greet guests when they arrive and provide a

clean and inviting atmosphere whether that be the dining room or waiting area.

• Greet guests warmly and take takeout orders in person and by phone
• Accurately enter orders into the POS system
• Process credit and digital payments correctly
• Answer guest questions about the menu, ingredients, and specials
• Package takeout orders neatly and ensure accuracy before handoff
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handle guest concerns professionally and politely
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Assist with kitchen production and food preparation as needed
• Deliver food promptly and accurately from kitchen to guests
• Other duties assigned as requested by management. Must be able to take direction on a variety of tasks.

Education & Experience

• Great communication skills.
• An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and within a team

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds (including trash bags).
• Position requires prolonged standing, bending, twisting, carrying of objects and repetitive hand and wrist motions.
• Working with hot, cold and hazardous materials and equipment.
• Non-slip shoes required
