About This Position

Mission Yogurt is seeking a Quick Serve Manager to join us at our new location, Taco Bell Cantina, located inside the Denver Airport! Taco Bell Cantina reimagines the Taco Bell experience with bold flavors, modern design, and a high-energy vibe—bringing together great food, great service, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere.


The Quick Serve Manager is responsible for overseeing daily FOH & BOH operations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality guest experience. This role leads and supports the service team, BOH team, manages staffing and floor coverage, addresses guest concerns, and ensures company standards for service, safety, and cleanliness are met in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations that include decision making, team member support, guest interaction, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
  • Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
  • Communicate with the back-of-house team, ensuring the kitchen maintains specific standards, passing Health Department inspections with a 90% or better.
  • Responsible for delegating and following up on tasks while remaining accountable for the overall function of the restaurant.
  • Assist with controlling profit and loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, from opening to closing.
  • Responsible for assisting with recruiting, selecting, onboarding, training, communicating job expectations, and retention of team members through coaching, motivation, recognition, and development as well as monitoring and disciplining when necessary.
  • Communicate equipment problems effectively and practice good preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.

What we are looking for:

  • Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have at least three years of restaurant management experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.
  • A passion for great food and customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
