Monarch Investment and Management Group, one of the top 10 privately owned multifamily operators in the U.S., is hiring an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for Park Commons Apartments in Valley Park, MO.

Responsibilities:
- Complete daily work orders and apartment turns
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Perform painting, drywall repair, and carpentry
- Complete preventative maintenance and basic grounds care
- Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop
Requirements:
- 1+ year of apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance experience
- Experience with:
- Drywall, painting, carpentry
- Plumbing repairs (copper pipe, fixtures, toilets)
- Electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting)
- Appliance troubleshooting (washer/dryer, fridge, stove)
- Gas & electric water heaters
- EPA, HVAC, or CPO certification REQUIRED
- Valid drivers license + reliable transportation REQUIRED
- Ability to work MondayFriday, 8am5pm, with on-call every 4 weeks

- Skills test required during interview
- Background check & drug screening required
