University Christian School – Oceanway Campus is seeking a passionate and dedicated Lower School Teacher (K–4th Grade) to join our growing, Christ-centered campus community. This role is ideal for an educator who loves working with young learners, values strong relationships, and is committed to integrating faith and learning in the classroom.

• Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for elementary students
  
• Integrate biblical truth and Christian values into daily lessons and classroom culture
  
• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
  
• Monitor and assess student progress and communicate effectively with families
  
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
  
• Collaborate with campus leadership, grade-level teams, and support staff
  
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and campus events
  
• Support and uphold the mission and values of University Christian School
  

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Education or related field preferred)
  
• Teaching certification preferred (or willingness to pursue)
  
• Elementary teaching experience preferred
  
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
  
• A clear commitment to Christian education and student development
  

• Ability to meet the physical demands of an elementary classroom
  
• Successful completion of background screening and fingerprinting
