Crouse Health is hiring a Director of Advancement Operations.
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Director of Advancement Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead advancement operations supporting major capital initiatives
- Develop capital campaign infrastructure, reporting systems, and donor analytics
- Build cross-functional alignment between Advancement, Foundation, and Hospital leadership
- Implement systems and workflows that support major gift activity and donor stewardship
- Oversee donor CRM utilization, data integrity, analytics, and acknowledgment processes
- Participate in donor meetings, cultivation activities, and strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate advancement policies, documentation, and training
- Support staff development and operational budgeting
- Perform other duties as requested by senior leadership
Director of Advancement Operations Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in nonprofit management, business, public administration, communications, or a related field required
- Master’s Degree and/or AHP or AFP certification preferred.
- 5+ years in philanthropy, advancement operations, or nonprofit administration with exposure to capital campaigns or major gifts required.
- Healthcare philanthropy experience and CRM/database proficiency preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
