Occupational Therapist- Registry at Sinai Chicago – Chicago, Illinois

Mount Sinai Hospital is looking for a compassionate, dedicated and energetic Registry Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our highly trained and respected therapy team. This unique opportunity allows the OT to expand their skills by working as a member of a large interdisciplinary team in acute care. One year of relevant experience is preferred.

Mount Sinai hospital is a 319 bed, level one trauma, non-for profit, hospital located in the Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago. Mount Sinai Hospital is a proud member of Sinai Chicago. Our rehabilitation team takes a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to address the physical, cognitive and psychosocial needs of each patient. Each patient is assessed and provided with a personalized care plan tailored to help achieve maximal independence and function

Up to $57.50/hour

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited school or equivalent.

REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS:

Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the state of Illinois or eligible for licensure as stated by state guidelines.
