Our HVAC Lead Installers are responsible for completing residential HVAC system installations with efficiency, precision, and professionalism - ensuring every customer receives a 5-star experience.

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: Potential earnings $75,000 - $110,000/annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Professionally and efficiently install high-quality heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes, working alongside a crew.
  • Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor throughout the installation process.
  • Educate customers on newly installed systems, thermostats, and recommended maintenance.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members, project managers, and customers.
  • Participate in on-going training to support professional growth and skill development.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in Residential HVAC Installs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style.
  • Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical examination and maintain a valid DOT medical certificate in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
  • Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required.
  • Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
