This role sits at the intersection of finance operations, billing systems, and enterprise IT, supporting the end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle in a fast-paced cloud software environment. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex finance and billing requirements into scalable system solutions. The role involves deep engagement with subscription and usage-based revenue models, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across contracts, orders, invoicing, and revenue processes. You will contribute to improving enterprise financial systems by identifying gaps, designing enhancements, and driving system optimization initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape billing and revenue operations that directly impact business performance and customer experience. This is a highly collaborative role within an Agile environment, offering strong exposure to modern SaaS finance systems and enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and improving finance and billing system processes across the Order-to-Cash ecosystem, while acting as a key liaison between business and IT teams.
- Lead discovery sessions with finance, contracts, billing, and order management stakeholders to capture requirements and identify process gaps
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development and systems teams
- Analyze and document end-to-end Order-to-Cash workflows, including contracts, subscriptions, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition flows
- Support system enhancements by defining integration and data flow requirements across Salesforce, ERP, billing, and finance systems
- Develop process documentation, workflow diagrams, and business artifacts using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization
- Lead UAT planning and execution, including test case creation, defect triage, and release validation
You bring strong experience in finance systems analysis with a deep understanding of billing, subscription models, and Order-to-Cash processes in SaaS or enterprise environments.
- 5–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in finance systems, billing operations, or Order-to-Cash domains
- Strong knowledge of Lead-to-Cash processes, including opportunity, quote, contract, order, billing, invoicing, and revenue flows
- Experience with subscription and usage-based billing models and platforms such as LogiSense, Zuora, or Aria
- Familiarity with Salesforce and integrations across ERP/finance systems (GL, tax, billing systems)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning and backlog management
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical and business requirements across teams
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-moving enterprise environment
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Visio, or Lucidchart for documentation and workflow design
