In this role, you will partner directly with senior executives to shape and deliver enterprise-wide transformation initiatives driven by AI and emerging technologies. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping organizations rethink their operating models, customer experiences, and decision-making processes. This position offers the opportunity to work across industries and functions, tackling complex challenges and translating them into actionable, measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in guiding organizations through large-scale change, from defining vision to driving adoption. Working in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment, you’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence high-impact decisions at the highest levels.
- Engage with C-suite and senior leaders to define and drive AI-led and enterprise transformation strategies
- Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals such as growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage
- Structure complex and ambiguous challenges into clear frameworks, actionable plans, and strategic recommendations
- Assess and redesign business processes, customer journeys, and operational models using AI and automation capabilities
- Lead cloud transformation initiatives, including migration strategies and system modernization efforts
- Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions to drive consensus and decision-making
- Design and implement change management programs across people, processes, and technology
- Translate strategic initiatives into execution plans with defined milestones, ownership, and success metrics
- Identify risks, dependencies, and barriers, ensuring smooth execution and adoption of transformation initiatives
- Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, and reusable frameworks for transformation programs
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or technology advisory roles
- Proven experience engaging with and influencing C-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in leading AI or digital transformation programs, including business case development
- Strong understanding of customer experience ecosystems, including contact center technologies and omnichannel strategies
- Experience with cloud transformation or SaaS-based platform implementations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex challenges
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience creating executive-level materials
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and enterprise-scale transformation delivery
- Ability to work across industries, functions, and fast-paced environments with adaptability and credibility
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
