Function of Position:
The Program Coordinator II, Workforce/Community Service Programs reports to the Director, Finger Lakes Workforce Development Center (FWD Center). The Program Coordinator supports various workforce non-credit and partnership programs with planning, operations, data analytics, and reporting. The Program Coordinator supports the work of program directors, partners, and students, including enrollment management, program planning, scheduling, budgeting, classroom resources, and fulfillment implementation. The Program Coordinator will coordinate data collection and reporting activities for the various FWD Center programs. The Program Coordinator will also support the EDWIS division and the College in expanding existing and implementing new learning and development initiatives.
*This is a temporary position that may be renewed annually, contingent upon the availability of the college budget and performance reviews. This position is eligible for paid time off and benefits.
Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates program initiation, including schedule planning, budgeting, and promotion independently and/or in partnership with internal and external resources.
- Establishes, develops, and sustains relationships with program partners, vendors, and instructional resources to coordinate plans, deliverables, and execution of tactical components aligned with assigned programming.
- Coordinates or assists with all program implementation for assigned open and contract learning and development offerings, including completion of internal operations course information data, production of participant materials, and all required processing, i.e., documentation paperwork such as registration forms, sign-in sheets, and evaluation surveys.
- Ensures participant training materials, including all texts and handouts, etc., are procured and distributed for program use.
- Coordinates with instructors and clients to ensure all instructional resources are in place for session(s) implementation.
- Ensures classroom technical and logistical setup, and participant access is complete, either on campus or at client locations.
- Monitors and updates open enrollment registration and "Process Pending" folder in CampusCE for assigned programming.
- Tracks and monitors revenue and expense calculations for assigned programming independently or with program directors using internal systems and methods.
- Fully utilizes the CampusCE reporting functions to track and monitor enrollment, class rosters, and payments for appropriate programming.
- Fully utilizes the Salesforce database for leads, reporting, and budgetary functions per program areas.
- Coordinates data collection activities for various programs, analyzes data, and prepares data dashboards for management reporting.
- Coordinates with Economic Development and Innovative Workforce Services staff and other divisional members to implement initiatives to meet divisional goals per the strategic plan.

Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Earned bachelor's degree in business, management, communications, education, or a related field from a regionally-accredited higher education institution.
- Program management experience in an education or other setting.
- Strong communication, customer service, vendor service, and presentation skills.
- Strong Microsoft (MS) Office skills, especially with MS Excel.
- Excellent organizational and administration skills.
- An understanding of and commitment to the mission and philosophy of the community college.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Earned master's degree or higher from a regionally-accredited higher education institution.
- Experience with Client Relationship Management systems.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
Additional Information:
Salary: Salary is determined based on experience, internal equity, and college budget. This position has a starting salary of $52,000 and is based on these mentioned factors.

This position involves primarily sedentary work, including prolonged periods of computer use and keyboarding. The role requires the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form. Occasional travel between campus buildings or to other local or out-of-town locations for meetings or conferences may be required.
