Key ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for all client communicationcalls, inquiries, and service updates.
Manage the scheduling of jobs and technician deployment to ensure timely, efficient service.
Represent the Hamptons Happiness brand with professionalism and positivity.
Coordinate across teams to align priorities, resources, and project timelines.
Address and resolve client concerns quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
Track operational data including schedules, service tickets, and client notes with precision.
Continuously support improvements in our processes and customer experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to problem-solve and take initiative.
Professional demeanor and confidence in representing the company to high-end clientele.
Experience with CRM platforms or scheduling tools is preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or dispatch roles is a plus.
