Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for all client communicationcalls, inquiries, and service updates.

  • Manage the scheduling of jobs and technician deployment to ensure timely, efficient service.

  • Represent the Hamptons Happiness brand with professionalism and positivity.

  • Coordinate across teams to align priorities, resources, and project timelines.

  • Address and resolve client concerns quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary.

  • Track operational data including schedules, service tickets, and client notes with precision.

  • Continuously support improvements in our processes and customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to problem-solve and take initiative.

  • Professional demeanor and confidence in representing the company to high-end clientele.

  • Experience with CRM platforms or scheduling tools is preferred.

  • Previous experience in customer service, coordination, or dispatch roles is a plus.
