What You'll Be Doing:

· Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans

· Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety

· Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families

· Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care

· Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment

What We’re Looking For:

· Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

· Active Oregon OT license (or eligibility)

· CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

· SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required

· Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
