Maintenance Technician at AllJuice – Hendersonville, North Carolina

All Juice produces a variety of Juice products at the Hendersonville facility. The Maintenance Technician maintains and/or repairs all manufacturing and supporting equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping production equipment operating at peak performance.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including 480V 3-phase power
• Work on high-speed production equipment: cappers, fillers, labelers, bottling lines
• Diagnose and fix issues with sensors, photo eyes, VFDs, and motor drives
• Determines proper course of action, related to repair vs. replacement vs. modification of equipment, tools, etc., and makes recommendations regarding such to supervisor.
• Conducts preventative maintenance on a bi-weekly and annual basis or per Preventive Maintenance program
• Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
• Cleans, lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience required
• Familiarity with food/beverage production equipment is a plus!
• Strong mental reasoning, written and oral communication skills, and simple math skills required.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to perform physical requirements exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly

• Pay: $29/hr
