Tire Technician at Smith Group – Canon City, Colorado

Basic Function:

Install and repair tires in an accurate and timely manner

Reporting:

Reports directly to the Speed Lane Captain

Position Responsibilities:

• Performs installations and all service work according to store specifications and to the satisfaction of customers.
• Keeps the building, lot, warehouse, and shop clean, orderly, and well organized.
• Safeguards and maintains company property, tools, and equipment.
• Complies with every provision in the company safety program.
• Ensures that all appropriate additions, changes, and other work order information is given to the counter person for inclusion on final invoicing.
• Stocks store racks with products.
• Communicates with customers when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requires:

• Able to follow directions from a supervisor.
• Able to interact effectively with co-workers.
• Able to understand and comply with posted rules and procedures.
