General Service Technician at BOT Colorado Region – Colorado Springs, Colorado

The role of the Big O Tires General Service Technician is to install, balance, and repair tires in compliance with company policies, procedures, and "Quality Standards". This person will unload, check-in, and stock incoming tire and part shipments and prepare tires and parts for outgoing shipments. A general service technician maintains the organization of a retail store's inventory of tires and parts. In conjunction with other retail store employees, this person helps to clean and maintain all areas of the retail store and its perimeter. He/she will drive customers' vehicles into and out of the shop area and is responsible for consistently displaying the highest quality of work and customer service.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

Correctly install new tires using Big O Tires procedures

Repair tires using Big O Tires procedures

Unload, check in and stock incoming tire and parts shipments

Prepare tires and parts for outgoing shipments
