Speech Therapy - Speech Pathologist –Per Diem- Day – Req 7734

Pay Range $38.76-$51.36*

Evaluates, diagnoses and treats patients with speech, language, orofacial myofunctional, cognitive communication, swallowing deficits or disorders; plans, directs and conducts appropriate activities and exercises for rehabilitation. Provides counseling and guidance to speech and language handicapped individuals. Communicates effectively with patients, family, physicians and other health care providers.

Qualifications: Masters of Arts in Speech Pathology. NYS Licensure. Current CPR Certification. Good communication and writing skills; demonstrates knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan and the ability to use that knowledge to individualize the plan and delivery of care or services.
