About This Position
The Benefits & Wellness Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefit programs, including health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, well-being programs, and other related employee benefits and compensation programs. Collaborates with senior leadership to ensure that compensation and benefit programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or related field; master's preferred. Three to five years experience in business administration as well as Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and/or HR certification preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and legislative standards related to total rewards programs (FLSA, Sec 125 ERISA, ADA, HIPPA, ACA, etc.)
