JOB SUMMARY
-
Responsible for the daily operations of the laboratory including staff performing testing and reporting test results. Maintains quality control practices in the laboratory and schedules of lab personnel for shift.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas:

Education/Regulatory Requirements:
-
Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology or related science.
-
Four years clinical lab experience.
-
State Licensure in Medical Technology and a State Supervisor’s License in the specialty where the supervision occurs.
-
Four year's experience as a Medical Technologist.
-
Certification required. ASCP or eligible.

Skills:
-
Moderate to advanced computer and data entry skills.
