THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our dynamic team in the Emergency Department. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while managing the operational aspects of our fast-paced ED. The ideal candidate will bring a strong clinical background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving excellence in emergency medicine. Join us in our commitment to provide outstanding healthcare and make a difference in the lives of our patients every day. Must have licenses to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. BSN preferred, required within 5 years of hire date. Minimum of two years of nursing experience is preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required. Certification required within 2 years of hire date, if not currently certified.
