About the Role:

• Location: Embrace the flexibility of working from home(with occasional travel).
• Responsibilities: Manage, implement, and support iMIS EMS and iMIS 2017.
• Key Tasks:
  • Configure iMIS solutions for clients.
  • Document requirements and align them to the iMIS product suite.
  • Work as part of the implementation and support team.
  • Provide training and guidance (both onsite and remote).

Who Are We Looking For?

🏡 Desire to work from home.

✈️ Willingness to travel.

🎓 BS in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.

📚 Knowledge of the Association Industry.

📈 3+ years of experience with iMIS or similar AMS.

💻 Experience with RiSE and APA.

🧠 Solid understanding of ASI's core products or similar AMS.

📊 Skilled in creating queries & reports (IQA, SSRS reports, Exago).

🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication.

🔍 Strong problem-solving skills.

🚀 Quick learner and flexible in adapting to different customer cultures.

🌟 Self-starter and great team player.

🤝 Outstanding customer service dedication.

📈 Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $85,000 - $99,000 (based on experience) with opportunities for quarterly bonuses.
