Salary Range: Based on experience

Location: Jackson, MS metro area

Travel Required: Local daily travel as needed to job sites.

Overview A rapidly growing national company is looking for a motivated individual to lead our team of drywall repair specialists. The ideal candidate has experience managing a team, is detail oriented, articulate, outgoing, personable and presentable, and can guide a technician to follow a specific process to perform quality drywall repairs.

Job Description ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The manager/operator is expected to have extensive experience in drywall repair, drywall installation, or general home repair; as well as experience managing a business or work crews. Sales experience is a plus

Candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspect of the project, including scheduling, operational details, estimating, ordering supplies, and follow-up.

The manager/operator will be responsible for checking in on technicians in various locations throughout the duration of the project.

The manager/operator requires good communication skills including spoken and written to provide project status to the customer and progress reports to the business owner.

Salary based on experience and qualifications. Performance bonuses in addition to base pay are part of the pay structure after starting period.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

-3+ years of working with drywall installation or home/business repairs required.

-Experience with managing construction, carpentry, or home repair crews is a big plus.

-Valid driver’s license required.

-Clean driving record.

-Can speak clearly
