Weekend Shifts Earn More: We offer shift differential pay for weekend shifts, with an additional $1.50 per hour!

Your Role as a Caregiver:
As a caregiver, you will provide crucial support to seniors and create a positive, nurturing environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with Daily Activities: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to support seniors' everyday routines.
• Providing Specialized Care: Offer compassionate care for clients with Dementia or Alzheimer's, ensuring they feel secure and at ease.
• Monitoring Well-being: Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional health to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Light Housekeeping & Meal Preparation: Assist with light cleaning, meal preparation, and maintaining a tidy, safe living environment.
• Building Meaningful Relationships: Offer companionship, emotional support, and foster trust with clients.
• Following Care Plans: Ensure individualized care plans are followed to provide the highest quality of service and care.
