We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Dirt Crew Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and performing finish grading tasks while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders, to perform dirt work and finish grading.

- Read and interpret construction prints and plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

- Assist in site preparation and cleanup as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:
