POSITION TYPE: Full-time
Job Title: Pattern Repair
As a Pattern Repair team mem ber at ASC, you will work in the Pattern Shop and have the opportunity to repair and maintain the upkeep of all Foundry Patterns and Core Boxes. You will work closely with the Pattern Shop Supervisor and Journeyman Pattern Makers.

Essential Job Duties:

You may be assigned to any of the following functions according to staffing and production demands:

• General repair and upkeep of Foundry Patterns and Core Boxes
• Using hand tools (drills, wrenches, etc…)
• Cutting metals and plastics using mills, lathes and saws
• Sanding, polishing and deburring parts
• Communicating with Journeyman Pattern Makers
• Utilizing measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers etc…)
• Tasks
• Machine maintenance (cleaning, greasing/oiling manual equipment)
• Monitoring various Pattern Shop supplies and inventory
• Obtaining items from the Storeroom
• Maintaining a weekly log of work performed

Assorted undertakings deemed appropriate by the Pattern Shop Supervisor or Journeyman Pattern Makers

Benefits and Compensation:

• Starting pay rate $23.23
• Standard shift Monday-Friday
• Offered Over Time
• Sundays off

All job offers are contingent upon post-hire requirements: successful background check, drug screen/physical, and completion of required paperwork.

Required Skills:

• Requires standing up to 10 hours per day
• Repetitive use of both hands and feet up to 10 hours per day
• Constant awareness of surrounding
