We are looking for experienced drivers to load/pack/move household goods and who take pride in their work and want to be part of a winning team. Looking for individuals with a desire to exceed customer expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess high level customer service at all times
- Dependability and reliability are essential for success in this position
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork, equipment, and materials are loaded before leaving the warehouse
- Prepare residences and facilities with proper protection
- Protectively pad and wrap items for loading in vehicles and containers as directed
- Safely load items into the vehicle or container, and safely place the items in the destination residence or facility at the direction of the customer
- Remove debris and leave the work site in a clean and orderly condition
- Effective written communication skills and ability to complete paperwork promptly and correctly
- Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Practice safety at all times around all vehicles and equipment
- Must be able to follow directions

JOB SKILLS:
- Positive first impression and end the day on a great note /Professional attitude and demeanor
- Must be able to pass a criminal background prior to employment
- Clean driving record and valid drivers' license (Class A preferred, but not required)
- Ability to pass a federal mandated drug test and physical (DOT if Class A)
- Responsible for transporting, loading, and unloading goods in a productive and safe manner
- Clear communication skills with customers and team members
- Make sure all work is performed efficiently, thoroughly, and as safely as possible
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment
- Uniforms are provided and crew members must be professional in appearance
- Understanding and completing all paperwork needed per job
