What You’ll Do:

• Supervise a team of Counselors and ensure delivery of exceptional patient care
• Oversee intake operations and assign/manage counselor caseloads
• Maintain your own manageable caseload while ensuring compliance and documentation standards
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and guide clinical performance through mentoring and training
• Serve as Acting Treatment Center Director as needed

What You Bring:

• Active OH license: LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW, or LPCC.
• 3+ years’ experience working with chemically dependent populations
• Prior supervisory experience in a clinical or treatment setting
• Compassionate, team-first mindset with a commitment to ethical care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR experience is a plus
• Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen
