Non-CDL Delivery Driver at Flatland Energy Services, LLC – MIDLAND, Texas

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering fuel to remote job locations, dispensing fuel into equipment on-site, lifting up to 50lbs on a consistent basis, and performing equipment inspections using technology. The role requires a clean driving record, physical ability to climb into truck beds and onto equipment, and proficiency in using Google Maps Pindrop for directions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fuel Delivery:
  • Transport fuel to various remote job sites in accordance with company protocols.
  • On-site fuel-up equipment in the field.
  • Accurate documentation of fuel distribution via tablet.
  • Utilize Google Maps Pindrop for precise navigation to delivery locations.
• Fuel Dispensing:
  • Dispense fuel into onsite equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate fuel measurements and maintain records of deliveries.
• Equipment Inspection:
  • Perform routine inspections of equipment as required.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all traffic laws.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Physically capable of climbing into truck beds and onto equipment.
  • Perform manual tasks as needed in varying weather conditions and exposed environments.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in fuel delivery or a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to navigate using Google Maps and Pindrop technology.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to use technology/phone app as part of the job functions.
• Accuracy in communication and documentation.
• Use of basic spreadsheets for entering data.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
