FLSA Status: Hourly Non-exempt position

Reports to: Foreman

Job Purpose: Work alongside, lead and motivate labor crew to ensure timely completion and accomplishment of target objectives

Job Duties:

• Motivate labor crew to ensure continuous work and accomplishment of objectives
• Ensure labor crew’s safety at all times
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed to ensure tools are functional at all times
• Coordinate labor crew’s activities with foreman and superintendent
• Perform same duties as labor crew including all manual labor required
• Conduct training of pushers to ensure quality work at all times
• Work with crew to perform cleanup duties around work area
• Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent knowledge and experience required. Field experience and knowledge of pipeline construction. Good leadership skills required. Attention to detail, initiative, and reliability. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Work Hours: Work hours are generally a regular work week of 40 hours; however, exact hours to work each day may vary as required.
