Your Key Responsibilities:
Build Relationships: Manage team members through orientation, development and evaluation of personnel relative to job goals and requirements. Provide coaching, recommend training programs, and ensure adherence to policies and standards. Coordinate communication between Office Staff, CAREGivers, Clients, Families, Doctors, Case Managers and other Service Providers to ensure an outstanding level of care.
Plan and Execute: Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the operation. Develop weekly, monthly and annual goals for sales, hiring, utilization, marketing and budgets in conjunction with team members. Oversee the execution of those plans.
Drive Sales Goals: Keep abreast of industry trends. Engage in various PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. Promote inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through Community Involvement. Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities.
Maintain Records: Home Instead is a franchise. We have our own standards, but also corporate standards to maintain. Accurate records are required. Be knowledgeable of and adhere to all necessary legal issues. Monitor the financial health of the company.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead effectively and professionally. Assess need for personal growth and development and takes the initiative in seeking opportunities to meet this need.
What You Need to Succeed:
● Office Management and Senior Care experience preferred.
● Energetic, Great Communication Skills, Tech Savvy, Organizational Skills, Professionalism, and the
Drive to Improve the Lives of Others.
