Personal Trainer/Pilates Instructor in Windermere, Florida at Country Club Management of Orlando Inc

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable fitness professional who is certified in both Pilates Reformer instruction and Personal Training. This role is ideal for someone who values high-quality movement, client education, and results-driven programming. This is an independent contractor position.

• Lead private Pilates Reformer sessions
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to client goals
• Design safe, effective, and engaging workout programs
• Conduct client assessments and track progress
• Educate clients on proper form, movement mechanics, and injury prevention
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment
• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term retention
• Collaborate with team members to uphold studio standards and culture

• Current Pilates Reformer certification (recognized program)
• Current Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement
• Experience working with a variety of fitness levels and populations
• Professional, punctual, and client-focused attitude
