Night Auditor in Brainerd, Minnesota at Cragun's Resort

Cragun’s Resort on beautiful Gull Lake is looking for a PART TIME Night Audit. A successful candidate in this position possesses great attention to detail, and a natural talent for customer service.

• Checks front desk records for accuracy on a daily basis
• Balances cash bags to be checked out the next day
• Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts including guest transactions not posted during the day by the front desk cashier
• Runs End of the Day process on the property management software
• Is able to function as a front desk agent especially in terms of check-in and check-out procedures

• This is a 3rd shift position - Sunday and Monday Nights - must be comfortable with the hours 11pm-7am
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be customer-service directed
• Ability to work independently and with others
