Job Description

Partnership Executive - Investment Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partnership Executive – Investment Sales based in the United States.

This is a remote, high-impact sales and advisory opportunity focused on building strategic partnerships with successful residential real estate professionals.
You will combine proactive business development with consultative selling, helping entrepreneurs access capital, talent, marketing, and operational resources designed to accelerate growth.
The role begins with prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing new partnerships through structured sales conversations.
As your portfolio develops, you will transition into a trusted strategic advisor, helping business owners set priorities, drive accountability, and scale their operations.
The position offers significant autonomy, uncapped commission potential, and multiple paths for professional and entrepreneurial advancement.
You will work in a performance-driven environment where discipline, relationship-building, resilience, and ownership are highly valued.
This opportunity is particularly suited to an experienced salesperson who wants to build a long-term career while directly influencing client growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective partners through outbound prospecting, cold calling, referrals, networking, and disciplined follow-up.
  • Conduct sophisticated discovery and investment conversations with high-performing residential real estate professionals and business owners.
  • Present the partnership and investment proposition clearly, connecting available capital, marketing, staffing, and operational resources to each prospect’s growth objectives.
  • Lead prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through presentation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Own pipeline activity, follow-up cadence, forecasting, and deal progression while maintaining a high level of sales discipline.
  • Establish trusted relationships with entrepreneurs and position yourself as a credible, consultative business partner rather than a transactional salesperson.
  • Transition successful partnerships into an advisory and portfolio-management role as the client base grows.
  • Lead strategic conversations with portfolio partners, helping them establish priorities, improve execution, and make decisions that support sustainable growth.
  • Drive accountability across client relationships and provide thoughtful guidance to strong-willed, high-performing entrepreneurs.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, communication, responsiveness, and client service throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Follow established sales systems, processes, and best practices while continuously identifying opportunities to improve business development performance.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to contribute to broader organizational growth and client success.
  • Develop toward potential advancement opportunities such as leading final-stage deal negotiations, managing a consulting portfolio, or building and leading a new business division.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in business development, prospecting, and high-value sales, preferably within financial services, B2B, insurance, real estate, or another consultative sales environment.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with successful entrepreneurs and business owners, build credibility quickly, and earn trust through sophisticated business conversations.
  • Strong sales orientation with a genuine drive to prospect, qualify opportunities, manage a pipeline, negotiate, and close partnerships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful and take ownership of personal and professional results.
  • Highly disciplined, self-directed, organized, and comfortable working autonomously with limited supervision in a remote environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
  • Authentic, genuine, professional interpersonal style and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong consultative and advisory skills, with the patience and judgment to influence experienced entrepreneurs and support strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client success, team performance, and organizational objectives.
  • Willingness to follow established systems and processes while bringing initiative and continuous-improvement thinking to the role.
  • High level of professionalism in communication, presentation, appearance, and business conduct.
  • Servant-leadership mindset and a collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfort working in a performance-based compensation environment where earnings are directly connected to sales and portfolio results.
Benefits:
  • Uncapped commission and revenue-sharing compensation model.
  • Typical first-year earning potential of approximately $70,000, with the opportunity to reach $250,000+ annually within three years based on performance.
  • Remote work opportunity available throughout the United States.
  • Health insurance.
  • Dental insurance.
  • Vision insurance.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Opportunity to build a growing portfolio of strategic client relationships.
  • Potential career progression into contract negotiation, portfolio consulting, or divisional leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy and performance-driven advancement opportunities.
  • Opportunity to work directly with successful business owners and influence the growth of their businesses.
