  • Serve as lead advisor to new and existing clients, providing a high level of service and acting as a primary point of contact for ongoing planning and investment needs.
  • Conduct client discovery meetings and gather information on income, expenses, insurance, tax considerations, estate plans, financial objectives, and other relevant factors needed to develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans.
  • Develop, implement, and update comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, investment management, estate and wealth transfer considerations, and other strategies designed to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Consult with clients on asset allocation and investment strategies as their goals, circumstances, and market conditions evolve, and maintain Investment Policy Statements and related planning documentation.
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Managers and internal specialists across investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax, estate planning, and other areas to deliver coordinated wealth management solutions and exceptional client service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships, cultivate referrals, network within the community, and develop new client opportunities that contribute to the continued growth of the firm.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently through regular client meetings, phone calls, email, presentations, and other appropriate channels.
  • Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, tax considerations, and regulatory changes, and communicate relevant information to clients while maintaining the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility and compliance.
  • Complete required compliance activities, respond to the Chief Compliance Officer and other compliance personnel as requested, and follow all firm policies and procedures.
  • Participate in Requests for Proposal and other business development activities, including opportunities involving retirement plans, endowments, or other institutional relationships, as appropriate.
  • Maintain a high level of organization, follow-up, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Limited travel may be required.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

  • Extensive experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families and delivering fiduciary-level advice
  • Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and wealth strategy
  • Experience with estate planning, trusts, and/or tax planning is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal specialists while independently managing client relationships and responsibilities
