Job Description

Are you passionate about working for a company that makes a difference in the community? We’re looking for a Lead Administrative Program Support Specialist to support our programs that help individuals with disabilities in obtaining and maintaining competitive, integrated employment in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day to day operations in the office, identify and report issues to CFO and assist with resolution for problem areas identified.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal staff, referral sources, and clients. Responsible for handling inquiries and issues from all parties.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate the timely processing of new referrals/cases, authorizations, tracking and processing data in electronic case management systems across all administrative programs.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately among team members to ensure workload balance and effective task completion.
  • Cross reference records to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support functions for assigned programs, including back up administrative support to different programs/services.
  • Train administrative staff.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

  • Flexibility and adaptability to change in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A focus on providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Education:

Prefers a Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience, Associate’s degree and four years of related experience, or High School diploma and ten years of related experience
