The Role

As our Dispatcher, you’ll be at the center of our daily operations, keeping technicians, customers and the office moving in the right direction.

You’ll:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently
• Build and adjust daily routes in real time
• Prioritize calls based on urgency, location and technician skillset
• Monitor job progress and communicate arrival updates
• Keep technicians informed with job details, directions and updates
• Partner with Customer Service to create a great customer experience
• Track technician availability, time off and job completion
• Maintain accurate job information in ServiceTitan
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and customer concerns
• Find ways to reduce drive time and maximize technician capacity
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of dispatch or coordination experience; home services preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with maps and the local service area is helpful
• HVAC or plumbing knowledge is a plus
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software and phones
