Job Description

BellaAge Hickory is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-focused professional to join our team. This role combines resident engagement, sales support, marketing support, customer service, and the ability to quickly assess situations, identify solutions, and ensure a positive outcomes to help create an exceptional experience for both current residents and prospective residents.

Job Description

Resident Experience & Engagement

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and ensure they are happy, engaged, and thriving in our community.
  • Help Lead and coordinate resident activities and programs.
  • Work closely with residents and families to provide outstanding service and support.

Sales & Leasing Support

  • Respond to web leads and conduct outbound follow-up calls with prospective residents and families.
  • Welcome walk-in visitors and provide professional community tours.
  • Clearly explain lease options, services, amenities, and community benefits.
  • Assist prospective residents through the decision-making process and maintain regular follow-up communication.

Marketing & Events

  • Help plan and execute marketing events, open houses, and community outreach activities.
  • Ensure prospects and visitors have a warm, memorable experience at every event.
  • Keep marketing materials stocked, organized, and up to date.
  • Capture photos, stories, and content that can be shared with the marketing team for social media and promotional efforts.
  • Collaborate with BellaAge Hickory team to create engaging experiences that showcase our community.

What We're Looking For

  • A people person who loves engaging with others and building relationships.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with prospects, giving tours, and discussing lease details.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, event planning, or marketing is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a passion for helping people live their best lives.
