Overview
The Gameday & Events Parking Associate is responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of all Hartford Athletic parking lots on game days and event days. Associates are often the first Club representative guests meet, and they play a key role in keeping parking operations safe, efficient, and welcoming. This position supports the Operations Department as needed and reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and break down all Hartford Athletic parking lots on game days and event days.
• Complete advance parking lot setup the day before a game or event as scheduled.
• Direct vehicle traffic and assist guests with parking.
• Operate and troubleshoot parking lot payment systems.
• Set up and remove parking signage, barricades, cones, and traffic control equipment.
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Event Interns to maintain safe parking operations.
• Monitor parking lots throughout each event and report operational issues.
• Assist the Operations Department with other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Club.

• Strong interest in sports and event operations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-service oriented, with comfort interacting with guests of all ages.
• Comfort learning and troubleshooting parking payment technology.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
Requirements
• Availability for at least 90% of home matches, including both Men’s and Women’s league games, as well as nights, weekends, day-before setup shifts, and additional Club events.
• Reliable and punctual, with dependable transportation to Trinity Health Stadium.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and direct traffic for extended periods.
Compensation and Schedule
• Starting pay rate: $22 per hour on Hartford Athletic game days.
• Part-time, event-based schedule tied to the home match and event calendar.
