Trainer - Front of House in Kanata, Ontario at Tim Hortons

In this role, the Trainer is responsible for coaching and teaching all new hires on all of our standards and procedures, meanwhile working with existing team members to ensure our company standards are met consistently in all of our daily practices. The Trainer works directly with our team members teaching all front of house and/or back of house procedures.
