We are looking for a Personal Banker to join our team.

Schedule:

Mon - Fri: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Day-to-Day:

Develop and enhance relationships through providing prompt, courteous customer service.
Identify customer needs to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
Expand your knowledge base through cross-training on all retail areas, services and products.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new accounts and consumer loans.
Resolve questions and concerns efficiently, effectively, and professionally.
Support branch goals through quality customer service, teamwork, and proactive customer engagement.
Ensure bank policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and security standards are met.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communication and problem-solve.
Demonstrates a great attention to detail and well organized.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Comfortable using computers and banking systems.
Previous customer service, cash handling, or sales experience preferred.
No banking experience required!
