  • Review Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and identify trends that may indicate systematic data errors, data quality concerns, or study, country, or site performance issues.

  • Analyse monitoring findings and assess their potential implications for study quality, data integrity, and operational performance.

  • Communicate trends, findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to relevant study team members.

  • Document recommended actions and follow-up activities within the appropriate data analytical and monitoring tools.

  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to study teams regarding centralized monitoring activities, identified risks, and issue resolution.

  • Ensure that in-stream data reviews, risk assessments, findings, and issue management activities are properly documented and archived.

  • Support the training of central and local study teams on RBQM principles, centralized monitoring processes, and relevant analytical tools.

  • Share responsibility for maintaining data quality and risk oversight across study, country, and site levels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional clinical teams to support timely identification, escalation, and resolution of emerging risks.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Central Monitoring or a closely related clinical research role.

  • Practical experience working with Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM) processes and centralized monitoring methodologies.

  • Experience reviewing Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with CluePoints or similar clinical data analytics and risk-monitoring platforms is advantageous.

  • Understanding of clinical trial data, monitoring processes, data quality principles, and study risk management.

  • Ability to analyse complex study data and identify trends, anomalies, systematic errors, and potential performance risks.

  • Strong understanding of risk and issue management within clinical research environments.

  • Ability to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and actionable follow-up activities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed study teams.

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills, particularly when maintaining audit-ready monitoring records.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Central Monitoring Leads and broader clinical study teams.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple monitoring activities and priorities.

  • Willingness and availability to work according to EMEA-aligned working hours.

Benefits
  • Fully remote working opportunity from India.

  • Full-time position within a global clinical research and life sciences environment.

  • Opportunity to work on international clinical studies and contribute to data quality and patient-focused research outcomes.

  • Exposure to advanced RBQM, centralized monitoring, KRI review, and clinical data analytics practices.

  • Opportunities to work with specialist data analytics and risk-monitoring technologies.

  • Access to professional development and career progression opportunities.

  • Technical and therapeutic-area training to strengthen clinical research expertise.

  • Supportive line management and opportunities for peer recognition.

  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams of clinical research and life sciences professionals across global markets.
