  • Perform reconciliations: Reconcile SAP ECC and S/4HANA data to verify that migrated balances, financial documents, and open items are consistent.

  • Collaborate with business teams: Validate migration results with key users and business stakeholders, ensuring the migrated data supports financial processes and operational requirements.

  • Prepare functional specifications: Document requirements for custom developments or data processing where standard migration functionality does not meet business needs.

  • Monitor migration performance: Track load volumes, execution indicators, errors, rejected records, and reprocessing activities to support progress monitoring and issue resolution.

  • Maintain documentation and evidence: Prepare detailed records and supporting evidence for each migration cycle to facilitate validation, traceability, and project governance.

  • Support cutover and go-live: Coordinate production data loads within agreed timelines and assist with post-go-live data validation and reconciliation.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities: Strong attention to detail and the ability to investigate complex migration issues systematically.

  • Documentation and communication: Ability to document migration activities clearly and collaborate effectively with technical teams, finance stakeholders, and key users.

  • Preferred qualification: Knowledge of English is desirable.

Benefits:

  • Indefinite-term consulting assignment, with the opportunity to become part of the consulting team.

  • Opportunity to contribute to an SAP S/4HANA transformation and complex financial data migration activities.
