This role is a high-energy, remote inside sales position focused on guiding expectant families through meaningful healthcare-related decisions. The Senior Inside Sales Representative acts as a trusted advisor, educating customers on newborn stem cell preservation and genetic screening services while driving conversions through a consultative sales approach. You will manage a structured sales pipeline, engage with inbound and outbound leads, and support families in understanding complex scientific and clinical information in a clear and empathetic way. The role combines relationship-building, performance-driven sales execution, and disciplined CRM management in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment. You will operate within a supportive but competitive sales team where consistency, urgency, and customer trust are key to success. This is a mission-driven role with direct impact on customer decisions and long-term healthcare outcomes.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective management of inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Guide prospective customers through a consultative sales process, educating them on stem cell preservation and related genetic services.
- Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Proactively engage existing clients to generate referrals and promote additional service offerings.
- Clearly communicate technical, scientific, and clinical information in an accessible and customer-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and adhere to defined schedules, performance metrics, and operational processes to ensure consistent execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required, along with at least 5 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong background in B2C sales, ideally with 3+ years in direct consumer-facing environments.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, inbound/outbound sales environment with strong conversion expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with the ability to build trust quickly with customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing pipelines and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger) is a strong plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with the ability to create urgency and close sales effectively.
- Base salary range of $60,000–$70,000 plus approximately $35,000 in variable commission potential.
