You will oversee systems, data strategy, automation, forecasting, and operational governance to create a highly scalable, intelligent, and data-driven commercial organization. Working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, you will partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and IT leadership to optimize performance and accelerate growth. This role is ideal for a builder-minded professional excited to combine operational excellence with cutting-edge AI innovation in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the overall Revenue Operations strategy, operating model, and execution roadmap across the full go-to-market organization.
  • Build scalable systems, workflows, and governance frameworks that improve revenue generation, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive the 18-month GTM AI transformation roadmap, integrating AI-powered automation and intelligence into sales, marketing, onboarding, and customer success processes.
  • Oversee and optimize the GTM technology stack, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, forecasting systems, and revenue intelligence platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional operating cadences and align stakeholders across sales, finance, IT, customer success, and marketing.
  • Establish standardized data governance practices, ensuring data quality, compliance, and a single source of truth for business metrics.
  • Manage executive KPI reporting, board-level performance insights, forecasting models, and annual planning initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive process standardization, resource prioritization, and scalable operational improvements across multiple business units.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Revenue Operations and Revenue Systems teams while supporting change management and AI adoption initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or related functions within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of building, scaling, and leading RevOps teams and operational infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise with modern GTM systems including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, BI tools, forecasting platforms, and revenue intelligence solutions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI or machine learning solutions within revenue operations, such as predictive lead scoring, forecasting automation, or workflow orchestration.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to work directly with data models, attribution analysis, cohort reporting, and pipeline metrics.
  • Deep understanding of revenue forecasting, compensation design, pipeline management, and SaaS business KPIs.
  • Ability to align and influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, customer success, and IT teams.
  • Strategic mindset with a builder mentality, balancing long-term scalability with rapid execution.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Strong interest in AI technologies, automation frameworks, and scalable operational design.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for discretionary bonus opportunities.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
  • Flexible working arrangements supporting work-life balance.
  • Paid parental leave programs.
  • Additional volunteer time off through company-supported community initiatives.
  • Comprehensive diversity, inclusion, and mentorship programs.
  • Access to mental health and well-being support resources.
  • Career development opportunities within a rapidly growing global technology company.
  • Collaborative and innovation-driven culture focused on growth, ownership, and continuous improvement.
