Front Counter Agent in ELKO, Nevada at Budget Car Rental

As a Counter Combo Rental agent you will be in charge of:

• Operate the computer counter open and closing contracts
• Clean vehicles (washing, vacuuming, etc.) and prepare for rental
• Address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
• Promote and sell coverages and upgrades
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean and professional work space
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must work weekends
• 1 year of customer service experience (retail, sales, or travel industry preferred)
• Professional communication skills and problem resolution experience
• Proficient in general office equipment i.e. fax machines, photocopiers, etc.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 incidents or accidents in the past 3 years
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check
