The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership to guide high-performing sales teams through complex enterprise pursuits. Accountabilities:
  • Lead go-to-market execution and revenue growth strategies across targeted industry verticals including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and the public sector.
  • Drive complex enterprise sales pursuits from opportunity development through contract execution across Fortune 500 and global accounts.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales initiatives focused on pipeline acceleration, market share expansion, and transformational growth opportunities.
  • Build and strengthen strategic relationships with OEMs and technology partners to expand solution offerings and co-develop go-to-market programs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales leaders and account executives focused on consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Serve as a senior advisor to client-facing teams, helping evolve customer engagement strategies and enterprise sales capabilities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, delivery, operations, and leadership teams to ensure aligned execution and customer success.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, forecasting processes, and accountability frameworks to drive consistent performance and operational excellence.
  • Support sales transformation initiatives, including enablement programs, process improvements, and adoption of modern sales methodologies.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric culture while championing organizational values and performance standards.
  • Maintain executive-level client relationships and ensure alignment between customer needs and technology-driven business solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in technology services sales, including at least 8+ years in sales leadership and strategic growth roles.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing enterprise sales organizations and driving significant revenue growth within industry verticals.
  • Strong experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, strategic pursuits, and large-scale transformational deals.
  • Deep understanding of modern IT services and infrastructure, including cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, edge technologies, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience building and managing strategic OEM and technology partner relationships to drive joint business growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a demonstrated ability to attract, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, negotiation, and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within matrixed, global, and cross-functional business environments.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business and sales strategies.
  • Comfortable leading organizational change initiatives and driving adoption of new tools, processes, and growth models.
  • Willingness to travel frequently based on client and business needs, up to 50–60%.
