This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven professional eager to play a foundational role in scaling a fast-growing B2B SaaS business within the performance marketing ecosystem. As the first dedicated Account Executive, you will take ownership of the full customer lifecycle — from prospecting and closing deals to onboarding and account expansion. The role offers a high level of autonomy and direct collaboration with executive leadership, making it ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments. You will help shape the go-to-market strategy, refine sales processes, and influence product direction through customer insights. Working in a globally distributed and agile team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact while contributing to the growth of an innovative communications platform. This position is fully remote and suited for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and driving results in a fast-paced setting.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations, and closing new business opportunities
- Develop and grow long-term customer relationships through onboarding, retention, upselling, and account expansion initiatives
- Build and optimize sales infrastructure, including CRM setup, outreach workflows, and sales playbooks
- Collaborate closely with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles, messaging, and sales strategies based on market feedback
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting for revenue planning purposes
- Gather customer insights and communicate market feedback to support product development and roadmap decisions
- Identify new business opportunities within the performance marketing, affiliate, lead generation, and call center sectors
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within performance marketing, affiliate networks, lead generation, or call center environments
- Proven success in outbound sales and pipeline generation, with a strong hunter mentality and consistent closing track record
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals within recurring revenue business models
- Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs such as CPL, EPC, and ROAS, with the ability to communicate ROI effectively to buyers
- Experience implementing or improving sales systems, CRM processes, and outbound prospecting strategies
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for sales prospecting, research, and outreach optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build credibility quickly with clients and leadership
- Additional experience in communications infrastructure, SMS, voice solutions, or CPaaS environments is considered a strong advantage
- Existing network within the performance marketing ecosystem is highly valued
