- Collaborate across global manufacturing sites, external partners, commercial teams, finance, quality, and regulatory functions to support supply continuity and operational alignment.
- Provide planning leadership for product launches, lifecycle management, network changes, and supply risk mitigation initiatives.
- Lead organizational change management efforts, including training development, adoption strategies, and implementation of standardized best practices across the global network.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6–10 years of experience leading digital or supply chain transformation initiatives within planning, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and change management skills.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as biopharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences is highly desirable.
- Certifications such as APICS/CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma are considered a plus.
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and expertise.
